### Getting started

#### What is Nett?

Nett helps freelancers record income and expenses, estimate their tax reserve and understand how much money they really have available. It is designed to provide a clear view of the day-to-day running of your business, but it does not file tax returns or replace a tax adviser.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/getting-started/what-is-nett)

#### What does “Your Nett” mean?

Your Nett is an estimate of the money left after deducting operating expenses and the estimated tax reserve from your income. It updates when your transactions or tax settings change.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/getting-started/what-does-your-nett-mean)

#### Which countries does Nett support?

Nett currently provides tax settings for Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/getting-started/which-countries-does-nett-support)

#### Does Nett replace my accountant or tax adviser?

Nett complements the work of your accountant or tax adviser. It helps you keep income, expenses and documents organised throughout the year, estimates how much you should set aside for tax and prepares clear exports so that sharing information is easier.

This means you reach each period close with reviewed data and an up-to-date view of your business, instead of reconstructing everything at the end of the period. Your adviser can use that information to work with more context. Nett does not file or pay taxes on your behalf, and its estimates do not replace professional judgement applied to your specific circumstances.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/getting-started/does-nett-replace-my-accountant-or-tax-adviser)

#### Can I change my country, currency or tax settings?

Yes, but Nett protects the consistency of periods that already contain data. To change country or currency, you may first need to close or empty the active tax period. If unpaid liabilities remain from the previous country, they will still be available in the history, although they will no longer take part in the active tax calculations for the new country.

Some changes to tax scheme, frequency or settings do not apply to a period that has already started: Nett schedules them for the next period and keeps the current settings until then. The app will show you the effect and application date before you confirm. We recommend creating a backup before making a significant change.

### Home

#### What does the Home screen show?

Home summarises the selected tax period. It shows Your Nett, income, expenses and estimated taxes, as well as the monthly trend and period progress. It may also show notices about pending transactions, possible duplicates, tax settings or period closing.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/home/what-does-the-home-screen-show)

#### How is “Your Nett” calculated?

The general formula is **income − expenses − estimated tax reserve**. The result represents an estimate of the money available after covering business expenses and setting aside the expected taxes. Tap the information icon next to Your Nett to see an explanation in the app.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/home/how-is-your-nett-calculated)

#### What do Income, Expenses and Taxes mean on Home?

- **Income**: the sum of verified income included in the selected period.
- **Expenses**: operating expenses included in the calculation. Their presentation may be adjusted so that the Your Nett formula reconciles correctly when taxes have already been paid or other tax adjustments exist.
- **Taxes**: outstanding or estimated tax liabilities for the period. They are shown as an estimate in the current period.

Transactions pending verification and transactions added after a period was closed do not change these figures.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/home/what-do-income-expenses-and-taxes-mean-on-home)

#### What does the Income and Expenses chart show?

It shows the monthly trend for the last six months. You can switch between income and expenses and tap a bar to see its amount. Bars with greater intensity belong to the selected tax period; the total in the header corresponds to that period.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/home/what-does-the-income-and-expenses-chart-show)

#### What does period progress mean?

It indicates how much time has elapsed within the tax period. It also compares the pace of income and expenses with the previous period at the same point in time. This is an informative comparison, not a guaranteed forecast.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/home/what-does-period-progress-mean)

#### How do I refresh the data on Home?

Pull down to refresh. Nett recalculates local values and asks iCloud for available changes. Because synchronisation is managed by iOS, data from other devices may take a few minutes to appear.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/home/how-do-i-refresh-the-data-on-home)

#### What happens when I tap “See tax breakdown”?

The tax calculation details for the selected country and period open. There you can review the profit used for the calculation, taxes already recorded as paid and liabilities still outstanding.

---

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/home/what-happens-when-i-tap-see-tax-breakdown)

### Transactions and documents

#### How do I add a transaction?

Tap the button to add a transaction and choose whether to enter it manually or import a document. You can use the camera, photo library, Files app or share a compatible document directly with Nett.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/transactions-and-documents/how-do-i-add-a-transaction)

#### What information can I enter when creating a transaction?

You can choose whether it is income or an expense and enter the amount, date, description, category, partner, currency and exchange rate. You can also add a discount, notes and an attached document. Depending on your country and tax settings, Nett also shows the applicable VAT, withholding and deductibility options.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/transactions-and-documents/what-information-can-i-enter-when-creating-a-transaction)

#### How do I enter an amount with VAT?

When VAT is enabled and applies to the transaction, you can indicate whether the amount entered is the net amount excluding VAT or the total including VAT. Nett calculates the breakdown using the selected rate. Check this option particularly carefully when you manually enter the total from an invoice.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/transactions-and-documents/how-do-i-enter-an-amount-with-vat)

#### Which VAT classifications can I select in the United Kingdom?

The classifications are adapted to the UK VAT system. For **income**, the options are UK VAT, no VAT, an overseas business customer, an EU consumer sale through OSS, or a customer outside the UK. For **expenses**, they are UK VAT, no VAT, an EU supplier under reverse charge, a foreign supplier without VAT, or foreign VAT already charged and not deductible as UK input VAT.

Nett may suggest the classification from the country and partner details, but you must confirm it. You can also enter a custom rate. If required information is missing, the transaction remains marked for review until you choose a classification.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/transactions-and-documents/which-vat-classifications-can-i-select-in-the-united-kingdom)

#### How do I add a discount?

In the amount section, tap **Add discount** and enter the discounted amount. Nett deducts it from the net amount before calculating VAT and withholding. The saved discount also appears in the transaction breakdown.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/transactions-and-documents/how-do-i-add-a-discount)

#### Does the AI detect discounts and multiple VAT rates?

Yes, when that information appears clearly in the document. Nett can detect the applied discount and use it to recalculate the net amount, VAT, withholding and total. If the document contains several discounts, the analysis may consolidate them into the total detected discount.

When invoice lines have different VAT rates, Nett calculates VAT for each line and obtains a weighted effective rate to represent the whole transaction. That result is shown as a custom VAT rate on the transaction. Always check the net amount, discount, VAT and total before confirming, particularly for complex invoices.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/transactions-and-documents/does-the-ai-detect-discounts-and-multiple-vat-rates)

#### What does the deductibility of an expense mean?

It indicates what portion of the expense reduces the base used to estimate your taxes. For expenses, you can mark whether it is deductible and choose a percentage between 0% and 100%. Nett offers shortcuts for 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100%, but you can also select any percentage in between.

A category may suggest a typical percentage, but you decide whether to apply it or keep the current value. In Portugal, this section may be presented as the portion of the expense that counts towards the relevant annual check.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/transactions-and-documents/what-does-the-deductibility-of-an-expense-mean)

#### When can I add withholding?

For income, Nett shows withholding options when they are used by your country and tax scheme. The available percentages depend on your settings; they may include standard withholding, a reduced option or no withholding. Nett deducts the withholding from the amount collected and retains it in the transaction’s tax breakdown.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/transactions-and-documents/when-can-i-add-withholding)

#### How does document scanning work?

Nett first extracts text from the document on the device. If intelligent analysis is available and you have authorised it, Nett uses that information to suggest details such as the issuer, amount, category and tax treatment. You can always review and correct the result before saving it.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/transactions-and-documents/how-does-document-scanning-work)

#### What happens if intelligent analysis fails?

You can continue using the text extracted on the device and complete or correct the transaction manually. An analysis failure does not automatically save incorrect information.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/transactions-and-documents/what-happens-if-intelligent-analysis-fails)

#### What does “Pending verification” mean?

It means the document has been processed but still needs your review. Pending transactions are not included in statistics or tax calculations until you confirm them.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/transactions-and-documents/what-does-pending-verification-mean)

#### Which file types can I import?

Nett supports PDF documents and common image formats such as JPEG, PNG and HEIC. You can also import from Files, Photos, the camera or the iOS share sheet.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/transactions-and-documents/which-file-types-can-i-import)

#### Can I process several documents at once?

Yes. With Premium, you can select several documents and let Nett process them as a batch. Each result remains pending until you check its details and confirm the transaction. Each analysed document uses one record from your monthly allowance or, once that is exhausted, from your extra credits.

While a batch is being processed, a Live Activity may show progress on the Lock Screen and, on compatible devices, in the Dynamic Island. Nett can also send you a notification when all documents are ready to verify.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/transactions-and-documents/can-i-process-several-documents-at-once)

#### Can I edit or delete a transaction?

Yes. Open a transaction to view or edit its details, or use the actions available in the list. If it belongs to a closed tax period, amounts and tax rates remain locked to preserve the saved calculation.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/transactions-and-documents/can-i-edit-or-delete-a-transaction)

#### How do transactions in another currency work?

Select the transaction currency and Nett will convert the amount into your base currency. You can use the exchange rate obtained by the app or enter one manually.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/transactions-and-documents/how-do-transactions-in-another-currency-work)

#### How do I find a transaction?

Use search and filters in Transactions. You can filter by text, type, date, amount, category, partner and deductibility.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/transactions-and-documents/how-do-i-find-a-transaction)

#### Does Nett automatically delete duplicate transactions?

No. Nett identifies possible duplicates and lets you review them. You decide whether to keep them, dismiss them from the review or delete them.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/transactions-and-documents/does-nett-automatically-delete-duplicate-transactions)

#### What happens to the original document after scanning?

Nett uses the original document to extract the information and, after you confirm it, may optimise the attachment to reduce the storage space used. Always review the detected details before saving.

---

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/transactions-and-documents/what-happens-to-the-original-document-after-scanning)

### Taxes and tax periods

#### How does Nett calculate my tax reserve?

Nett applies your country configuration and tax settings to the verified transactions in the active period. The result is an estimate and may change when you add or edit transactions or settings.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/taxes-and-tax-periods/how-does-nett-calculate-my-tax-reserve)

#### Why has my tax estimate changed?

New transactions, corrections, tax payments, deductible percentages, exchange rates and changes to settings can alter the estimate.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/taxes-and-tax-periods/why-has-my-tax-estimate-changed)

#### What is the difference between showing the total and the amount excluding VAT?

See **What is the difference between “Total (with VAT)” and “Net (before VAT)”?** in the **App preferences** section. This option only changes how amounts are displayed; it does not change saved data or the tax calculation.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/taxes-and-tax-periods/what-is-the-difference-between-showing-the-total-and-the-amount)

#### What happens when I close a tax period?

Nett saves a snapshot of the period’s transactions and tax estimate. Amounts and tax rates are locked.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/taxes-and-tax-periods/what-happens-when-i-close-a-tax-period)

#### Can I view a closed period again?

Yes. Period history lets you review closed periods, their tax snapshot and recorded liabilities.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/taxes-and-tax-periods/can-i-view-a-closed-period-again)

#### Does Nett file or pay my taxes?

No. Nett helps you estimate and organise your position, but filing returns and making payments remain your responsibility.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/taxes-and-tax-periods/does-nett-file-or-pay-my-taxes)

#### Why does a transaction not appear in my calculations or statistics?

Check whether it is still pending verification, whether it falls within the selected period and whether its tax details are correct. Pending transactions are excluded from calculations until you confirm them.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/taxes-and-tax-periods/why-does-a-transaction-not-appear-in-my-calculations-or-statistics)

#### How do I record a tax or contribution I have already paid?

Record the payment as a normal expense transaction and select the corresponding category. Nett combines the category, description and common country-specific references to recognise payments such as IRPF, IVA and cuota de autónomos; HMRC or National Insurance; URSSAF; Einkommensteuer or Umsatzsteuer; INPS; Retenções or Segurança Social, among others.

When it can identify the payment with sufficient confidence, Nett links it to the corresponding liability and tax period. Always check the suggested category, date and allocation, particularly if the bank reference is not descriptive or the payment covers several liabilities.

### Tax options available by country

#### Which tax options does Nett provide for the United Kingdom?

For self-employed people in the United Kingdom, Nett lets you configure:

- Annual Self Assessment tracking when you are not registered for VAT.
- Quarterly or annual tracking when VAT is enabled, depending on the tax organisation you need.
- VAT registration or exemption, default rate and treatment of transactions with foreign customers or suppliers.
- Automatic Income Tax calculation, a manual income forecast or a fixed percentage.
- National Insurance Class 2 and Class 4 estimates, including the voluntary nature of Class 2.
- Opening position for the tax year: profit earned before you started using Nett and tax already paid to HMRC.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/tax-options-available-by-country/which-tax-options-does-nett-provide-for-the-united-kingdom)

#### Does Nett decide which tax options I should enable?

No. Nett suggests initial values based on the configured country, profession and scheme, but you must check that they match your actual circumstances. The options and calculations help you estimate and organise your reserve; they do not replace guidance from the tax authority or an adviser.

---

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/tax-options-available-by-country/does-nett-decide-which-tax-options-i-should-enable)

### Statistics

#### What does the Statistics screen show?

Statistics brings together income and expenses for the selected interval, their monthly trend, the breakdown of expenses by category, top partners and a tax summary. You can view the tax period or the full year when both views are available.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/statistics/what-does-the-statistics-screen-show)

#### How do I change period or year?

Use the **Period/Year** selector and the side arrows to navigate. You can also swipe horizontally over the header. Tap the title to return to the current period or year.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/statistics/how-do-i-change-period-or-year)

#### What do the income and expense cards mean?

They show the total of verified transactions within the selected interval. When a comparable previous period exists, the percentage indicates how much the value has increased or decreased compared with that period. If there is no comparable data, Nett does not show a trend.

You can tap a card to open the transaction list already filtered by income or expense and by the interval being viewed.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/statistics/what-do-the-income-and-expense-cards-mean)

#### What does the trend chart show?

It compares income and expenses by month within the active interval. It helps identify changes in pace and seasonality; it is not a forecast of future income.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/statistics/what-does-the-trend-chart-show)

#### How is the expense breakdown by category calculated?

It groups verified expenses by their category within the selected interval. Tap a category to open the transactions that make up that total. If you have chosen to show amounts excluding VAT, Statistics respects that preference.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/statistics/how-is-the-expense-breakdown-by-category-calculated)

#### What does “Top partners” show?

It shows the partners responsible for the most income within the interval. You can tap one to view their filtered income transactions.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/statistics/what-does-top-partners-show)

#### What does the tax summary in Statistics contain?

For a period, it shows the profit used in the calculation, taxes already paid and outstanding liabilities. It also reflects whether the period is open, closed, filed or fully paid when that information is available. In the yearly view, it shows a forecast based on the data recorded up to that point.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/statistics/what-does-the-tax-summary-in-statistics-contain)

#### Why can figures in Statistics be shown excluding VAT?

Statistics respects the amount display preference configured in the app. If you select the view excluding VAT, income and expenses exclude the corresponding VAT and Nett shows an information note. The yearly view and some breakdowns may use consolidated data from their periods.

---

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/statistics/why-can-figures-in-statistics-be-shown-excluding-vat)

### App preferences

#### Where do I change Nett’s preferences?

Open **Settings → App preferences**. There you can configure appearance, how amounts are displayed, intelligent analysis, access protection, visual privacy and notifications.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/app-preferences/where-do-i-change-nett-s-preferences)

#### Can I use Nett in light or dark mode?

Yes. You can choose **System**, **Light** or **Dark**. System automatically follows the appearance configured on the device.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/app-preferences/can-i-use-nett-in-light-or-dark-mode)

#### What is the difference between “Total (with VAT)” and “Net (before VAT)”?

- **Total (with VAT)** shows invoiced amounts including VAT.
- **Net (before VAT)** shows the net amount excluding VAT.

This preference applies to Home, Statistics, transaction lists, summaries and compatible exports. It does not change saved data or the tax calculation; it only changes how amounts are displayed.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/app-preferences/what-is-the-difference-between-total-with-vat-and-net-before-vat)

#### Can I choose how intelligent analysis is performed?

When Apple Intelligence is available on the device, you can choose between analysing documents on the device or using Nett’s external service. The external service is only enabled with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. If Apple Intelligence is not available, automatic analysis requires the external service, your consent and a connection.

Both options use the same allowance of automatic records: 3 per month on Free and 200 per month on Premium. On-device analysis also uses the allowance and, once it is exhausted, extra credits; it is not a free or unlimited mode.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/app-preferences/can-i-choose-how-intelligent-analysis-is-performed)

#### How do I turn off external intelligent analysis?

In **App preferences**, turn off consent for intelligent analysis. Imports using external analysis will stop working until you accept it again; you can still record transactions manually.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/app-preferences/how-do-i-turn-off-external-intelligent-analysis)

#### How do I protect Nett with Face ID or Touch ID?

Enable biometric authentication under **App preferences → Access**. Nett will request Face ID or Touch ID when you open the app or return from the background. The option only appears when the device has compatible biometrics.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/app-preferences/how-do-i-protect-nett-with-face-id-or-touch-id)

#### What is “Flip to hide”?

It is a visual privacy feature. When it is enabled, you can deliberately turn over or shake the iPhone to hide amounts and replace them with protected characters. Repeat the gesture to show them again.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/app-preferences/what-is-flip-to-hide)

#### Which notifications can Nett send?

Nett can notify you when it finishes processing several documents and they are ready to verify. It can also remind you about upcoming tax deadlines and offer quick actions, such as opening the period or marking a liability as filed.

You must allow notifications in iOS and keep the types of notice you want to receive enabled in Nett. You can change these preferences at any time.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/app-preferences/which-notifications-can-nett-send)

#### What should I do if notifications are blocked?

If you previously denied permission, open **App preferences → Notifications** and tap **Open Settings** to change it in iOS. Nett cannot re-enable a system permission that you previously denied.

---

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/app-preferences/what-should-i-do-if-notifications-are-blocked)

### Partners, categories and suggestions

#### What are partners for?

Partners let you save commonly used information about customers and suppliers, such as their country, contact details or default category. This makes entering and reviewing future transactions faster.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/partners-categories-and-suggestions/what-are-partners-for)

#### Can I archive a partner that already has transactions?

Yes. Archiving removes it from the usual options without deleting it from existing transactions.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/partners-categories-and-suggestions/can-i-archive-a-partner-that-already-has-transactions)

#### Can I create my own categories?

Yes. You can create custom categories and subcategories. You can also hide default categories that you do not use and restore them later.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/partners-categories-and-suggestions/can-i-create-my-own-categories)

#### Does Nett learn from my corrections?

Nett can use confirmed patterns and previous corrections to provide better suggestions for similar documents. These suggestions do not replace your review and are never saved as final without confirmation.

---

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/partners-categories-and-suggestions/does-nett-learn-from-my-corrections)

### Privacy, iCloud and offline use

#### Where is my data stored?

Transactions and app data are stored on your device and, when iCloud is available, synchronised through your iCloud account’s private database.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/privacy-icloud-and-offline-use/where-is-my-data-stored)

#### Is information sent for intelligent analysis stored?

How it works depends on the selected option. With Apple Intelligence, compatible analysis takes place on the device. With Nett’s external service, and only after you give consent, the necessary information is sent through a secure proxy to fulfil the request; it is not used as storage for your transactions or financial records. You can withdraw that consent in **App preferences**.

The usage allowance is independent of where analysis takes place: records processed on the device also use the monthly allowance and, where applicable, extra credits.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/privacy-icloud-and-offline-use/is-information-sent-for-intelligent-analysis-stored)

#### Does Nett collect analytics data?

Nett uses TelemetryDeck to receive anonymous usage signals that help identify problems and understand which parts of the app need improvement. These signals do not include your transactions, documents or financial information, and are not used to build a personal profile about you.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/privacy-icloud-and-offline-use/does-nett-collect-analytics-data)

#### Can I use Nett offline?

Yes, for the main features: recording transactions and performing tax calculations. External intelligent analysis, recent exchange rates, sending feedback and online content require a connection.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/privacy-icloud-and-offline-use/can-i-use-nett-offline)

#### Can I use Nett on several devices?

Yes, if they use the same iCloud account. Synchronisation is managed by iOS, so some changes may take a few minutes to appear on another device.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/privacy-icloud-and-offline-use/can-i-use-nett-on-several-devices)

#### How do I protect access to Nett?

See **How do I protect Nett with Face ID or Touch ID?** and **What is “Flip to hide”?** in the **App preferences** section. There you will find the two available protection options and how to enable them.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/privacy-icloud-and-offline-use/how-do-i-protect-access-to-nett)

#### How do backups work?

Nett can export a password-protected `.nettbackup` file. You can optionally include attachments and later restore the backup from Settings. You can also import it when installing Nett on a new device or after deleting the app’s data.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/privacy-icloud-and-offline-use/how-do-backups-work)

#### What happens if I install Nett on a new device or reinstall the app?

If you use the same iCloud account, Nett can detect the data saved in its private database and show you a preview before restoring it during initial setup. Downloading and synchronisation may take a few minutes, depending on the connection and number of attachments.

A `.nettbackup` file is a useful manual alternative if you cannot restore from iCloud or want to recover a specific state.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/privacy-icloud-and-offline-use/what-happens-if-i-install-nett-on-a-new-device-or-reinstall-the-app)

#### What happens when I restore a backup?

Restoring replaces the current Nett data with the contents of the backup. Before continuing, the app may offer to create a recovery backup of the current state.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/privacy-icloud-and-offline-use/what-happens-when-i-restore-a-backup)

#### What does “Delete all data” delete?

It deletes Nett records from this device and from its private iCloud database. It does not cancel an active App Store subscription.

---

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/privacy-icloud-and-offline-use/what-does-delete-all-data-delete)

### Premium and exports

#### What do Nett Free and Nett Premium include?

Nett Free includes manual recording and 3 automatic records using AI per month. It also lets you generate a basic watermarked PDF export for your accountant. Premium includes 200 automatic records using AI per month, batch processing of several documents and full tax export, among other options.

If you use all 200 Premium monthly records, you can buy extra credit packs to continue processing documents. These credits do not expire and are only used after the month’s included allowance has been consumed. Both on-device analysis with Apple Intelligence and Nett’s external service use the allowance or credits. The app always shows the current App Store terms and prices.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/premium-and-exports/what-do-nett-free-and-nett-premium-include)

#### What happens when I use all my AI allowance?

Basic OCR scanning continues to work without AI credits: you can extract the document text and complete or correct the transaction manually. To use intelligent analysis again, wait for your monthly allowance to renew, buy extra credits when available or switch to Premium if you use Nett Free.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/premium-and-exports/what-happens-when-i-use-all-my-ai-allowance)

#### How do I export a tax period for my accountant?

On Free, you can generate a basic watermarked PDF report. With Premium, you can create a full ZIP export that includes the period CSV files, attached documents and a detailed PDF summary.

The report organises the information recorded in Nett to make it easier to review and hand over, but it is for information only: it is not an official tax return and does not replace checking by your accountant or tax adviser.

[Link to this answer ](/en-gb/support/premium-and-exports/how-do-i-export-a-tax-period-for-my-accountant)

#### How do I restore or manage Premium?

Open the subscription screen from Settings to restore purchases. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through Apple.

---

### Help and feedback

#### How do I report a problem?

Open **Settings → Help & Feedback → Report a problem**. Nett automatically includes the app version, build number, iOS version and country, but does not attach transactions or financial records. Do not include sensitive financial information in the report text.

The form only sends the problem title and description and does not start a conversation or request your email address. If you need a response from the team, email `support@getnett.app`.

#### What should I do if iCloud does not sync immediately?

Open **iCloud Sync** in Settings to check whether your account is available, whether synchronisation is in progress and when it last completed. Also check that you are using the same iCloud account, iCloud Drive is enabled and you have a connection. Open Nett on both devices and wait a few minutes, as iOS controls the exact timing of synchronisation.
