How do I report a problem?

Open Settings → Help & Feedback → Report a problem. Nett automatically includes the app version, build number, iOS version and country, but does not attach transactions or financial records. Do not include sensitive financial information in the report text.

The form only sends the problem title and description and does not start a conversation or request your email address. If you need a response from the team, email [email protected].
